Full and/or Partial Transfer of Mutual Fund Shares Held at a Mutual Fund Company

The Letter of Instruction below is provided for your convenience. If you are transferring to the American Foundation™ mutual fund shares held at a mutual fund company, please complete the letter and follow these important instructions:

 

1.        All parties on the account (s) must sign the letter. The company transferring the mutual fund shares may also require a signature guarantee, which can be obtained at most financial firms (i.e., bank).

2.        Mail the original letter to the mutual fund company.  Mail or fax a copy of letter to The American Foundation with your completed Application.  Please also enclose a copy of the most recent account statement from the transferring mutual fund company. (Please refer to the Funding Guidelines).
